Hi,
I am the sponsor and applying for my wife's spousal sponsorship to Canada.
Form: IMM 5669e Form name: Schedule A Background / Declaration Question 4 d): "been refused refuge status ... or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? yes or no.
My wife's situation: Four years ago, my wife (currently residing in India) had applied to United Kingdom for student visa (Tier 4) for study purpose and her visa was rejected after her visa interview.
Can someone help me on whether we should answer "yes" or "no" to Question 4 d)? I am confused because Question 4 d) doesn't mention about the student visa rejection.
