What about you the last time we have chat on phone, a year ago. It seems there some thing wrong with your PPR so I would recommend you to send them an email.
Just to keep every one on this forum updated, I have completed my medicals and sent them 14th July to london VO.until mid DEC I didn't hear anything so I sent 2 enquires by e-mail, but they did not reply back. Then 10 days ago I sent another query where they replied a few days later stating that they have sent me the PPR letter on 30th DEC, : : but till today I haven't received it by mail yet(21st JAN), however the officer attached a copy of the PPR letter with the e-mail, so thankfuly I knew about it on the 14th JAN, so I started planing and preparing my passports and photos to submit them.
So my advise to all is if you haven't received any info for a few months do indeed send your VO a query, cause you might have your letters delayed in mail same like mine.
My me & my husband is worried that if we send an email directly to London office inquiring about our PPR , it might cause a problem in London Immigration or we might offend our represintative by acting without letting them know?
We have a consultant also here in Dubai but i send Case Specific Query in order to confirm that all send documents to them (Meds + RPRF + PCC) are received coz in Ecas its not updated that they received this documents. London CHC replied to me within 24 hrs and i believe my consultant will not get offended by this.
By the way, aside for confirming my query, they have inform me that 'PPR will be send before Spring' so it's like hitting 2 birds in 1 stone. I've just inquired about receiving the documents and they have also advise me regarding PPR.
So I suggest give it a try to send them a Case Specific Query. Anyways Consultant is always late in informing like our Medical request, the letter is dated August 26 and we received it from them end of September which is 1 month late.

CHC requested my passports on the last 19, Jan 2011 to issue the visa and I sent them on the 21, Jan 2011.
My question is the date of birth in my passport is "1978" only the year not the full date which is "04/12/1978"; is this going to return my passports without the visa???
Please I need help from all of u, especially my medical is going to be expired on the 02, March 2011, and I do not have time...

If you have already submitted sufficient documents to prove your age and date of birth, I don't think it will be a problem. You may note that Passport is not a document to prove your age. In addition to Passport we have to submit other docs to prove our age.
