i sent my first ever case specific inquiry on 21st of Feb after having medical done in Oct10 and got PPR in their reply back to me..

I would suggest that look at your timeline and send them e-mail in exact duration when you are expecting something.........and they will reply positively

I was advised by other members that PPR come in 3-5 months after medical, i just waited and in the 4th i knocked the door......

do not send any unnecessary emails...... as i told you that i just e-mailed them only once in the whole process and that was it.......

and i send them in last week is all normal ??
my catorgery is provinical nominee
so plz tell me
i can also get ppr in this month ??

whenever any additional document is asked , ur process can be delayed by 1 month. since u are in PNP. Hope u get the PPR by April.
