Medicals request inspite of upfront medicals submitted for mothers supervisa

Hello , I applied for my mother s supervisa on April 1 2014.She lives in Karachi Pakistan .She submitted upfront medicals with application .On May 15 we got notification asking for applicant to do and submit medicals.We sent the e medical letter again through the VFS to the embassy and still waiting . Is there anything else I can do ?..Regards .
