medicals request after upfront medicals (SP+SOWP)

Hi everyone
In my SOWP application (my spouse is the main applicant for a study permit) I received a request for medicals.
App submitted: April 14
Biometrics passed: April 18
Medicals completed without request (upfront): April 27

Submitted multiple webforms to update my medicals, no success

Received a medicals request on May 18.

Submitted multiple webforms to update medicals again, no success.

The medical center (IOM) told me that they can't accept me for a second medical exam, as my previous medical exam is still fresh and valid.
Now that I only have 2 weeks left to respond to the IRCC request, any suggestions on what to do? should i just keep submitting webforms?

p.s.my spouse's medicals were updated via webform on May 16 (i.e. after 2 weeks of submitting a webform), but my webforms got stuck or lost somewhere for some reason..

Just an update to everyone:
today my medicals were finally updated to "passed"!
That means the webforms do eventually get reviewed.

I passed the exam on April 27
Received a medical request on May 18
It showed in my profile on June 03
