I got my PER last week, and even thought I know it is too early I want to know the procedure for medicals.

The issues I have is that my wife and my son at the moment are in our country of origin and I am in Canada. They will join me in Canada next year but I don't know when.

If I receive request for medicals can I do my medicals in Canada and my wife and child in our country.

Our VO is Vienna.

If this is possible should I ask my doctor to include letter saying that the wife's and son's medicals will arrive separately. Do my wife needs to do this? Or should I contact my VO explaining that our medicals will be sent separately.

Is it possible my spouse to get the results and sent them to Canada to me via DHL so I send everything in one file.

Please let me know so If any of the above is not possible to start making arrangements for them to come earlier in Canada.

It doesn't matter if you do them in separate countries; the VO already knows that you guys are in different countries. Neither you nor your wife will get the results. The Panel Physicians will upload the results into the e-medical system for the VO to see.

Do we need to bring any information like our UCI number or application number.
As I am the primary applicant and when my wife go to have the medicals how will they know to associate her medicals with my file?
Or I should not worry about this?

The medical request will tell you what to take. Your wife's medical doesn't need to be "associated" with your file; you are worrying for nothing.
