We got medical requests and did the medicals. The medicals were uploaded by the doctors office. After waiting for a while(2 months) and not hearing anything from VO we submitted a CSE just as a follow up on the mail we sent to them just after doing the medicals(confirming that we did the medicals). They replied on our CSE and advised that they have received only the medicals of my wife and daughter but not mine.
We mailed them back again after following up with the Doctors office asking them again if everything was uploaded and they confirmed this.
I replied to the mail from the VO and advised them that they did upload all the medicals and I also attached the documents confirming that each of our medicals were indeed uploaded.
Besides this, what else can I do in this situation?
Thank you for your reply. I asked them if they can re-upload it and they advised they cant.
I'm assuming when the medicals are uploaded the "ticket" is closed disabling the function to upload unless cic sends me another medical request with a new IME number?

Can't your Doctor post Medicals directly in case it not allowing him to upload to CIC ?
or best is Just send email to CIC and ask them to allow doctor to resubmit medicals.

I am in the same situation..i gave medicals in January 24th and now a month...3rd not updated...i sent receipts of medicals done to NDVO (my visa office) via email, on Feb 12th. I just wanted to ensure them that i have done medicals on time. Still to hear from them.
u can send them scan copies of ur receipt if you want.

I did exactly that, sent them the receipt of the medicals that was uploaded via Email and Fax. Now just waiting for their reply.

Did you hear back from CIC once you submitted proof of your medicals? Our medicals were uploaded Nov 28th for my partner and December 4th for myself as confirmed by the eMedical Submission Form provided to us by the Doctor's office. Our Doctor's office also stated they are unable to resubmit.
