I currently am in Canada on an open workpermit.

It excludes childcare and health services as I did not get a medical done in Europe.

Now the opportunity came to work in childcare and I would like to go for it!

I found a list of doctors on cic website, but what happenes after I have the documents from the medical.

Do I go to the port of entry (Pearson airport in my case) to let the workpermit be changed or do I go to another port of entry or ...

Thanks for all the information on this site, it's great!

yes Pearson is fine

The OP is in Canada, therefor there is no access to Pearson for her, she would have to go to either a land border or apply through Vegreville.
