Medical sent to wrong Office

Please advise me on this. What happened is that first I was planning on sponsoring my wife using "Outside Canada" (Outland) process. We did medicals and I believe it was sent to the Mississauga Office. We got a form from the DMP. Later we decided to do Inland but we included the same medical form from DMP that we did for Outland. But the Inland applications is processed by Vegreville which is different than for Outland process. What should I do? Should i just wait and see what they will do? or should i try to get the medical files transferred?

No worry the Medical was sent to Ottawa not to the individual processing centres.
