You will have it before the end of the week! So I am guessing average processing time is now 10 months. I applied in March so I will hear something in January...
EVERYONE IS AWARE THAT CIC WEBSITE SAYS 14 MONTHS!
The fact is that process times have changed and are now considerably fast. My cousin just applied like 2 months ago and he recieved medicals yesterday in same PNP caetogary. This is to do with electronic forms applications; it makes it alot easier for them.
The website gives you an average time for activity of past 12 months. So even if the PR is done in 4 months now, they will average the wait time with the past 12 months applications which would be around 8-9 months...SO once this backlog is cleared , we will see the updated quicker processing times on CIC website.

I think your cousin's case has been transferred to CPP-Ottawa, which has sped up the process a lot. It is the start for Ottawa so that should not be too surprising if some of these people might even get PPR a couple of months after their medical is done.
I doubt! Cz i am seeing all those transfers on the CEC clas caetogary, am not sure if they are sending the PNP files caetogray to ottawa. I will double check and give u guys a heads up .

Yes sam, they are also sending PNP files to Ottawa. But as far as I know, applications submitted between June 2011 - Aug 2011: Ottawa only does file creation process and sends it to Buffalo after medicals. But ottawa does complete processing of application which are submitted after Sep 2011.
