my visa office is Accra in Ghana, I should have my passport back this week as got the pick up mail last Thursday could not initiate the pick up last week because of public holiday

I applied to sponsor my wife Oct 26th 2015
I got approved as a sponsor Dec 31st 2015
cic received her application on feb 16th 2016
on March 29th they requested a new police certificate along with the 490 $ P.R fee which I paid yesterday and sent the police certificate as well
April 3rd 2016 I checked online my status and got line 3 which says medical results have been recieved. ...anyone know what is next how long and what stage I am at please and thank you guys

Friends, I need your help please
My time line as on indicated left - medicals were done on the 20th Feb 2016,location-UAE And I am just waiting for the Passport request from LVO It's nearly 50 days from MR with no update. I am planning to raise a GCMS again
I have plans to travel to the States in June and I wish I could get the canadian label before I move out of the UAE and not be surprised by an email for PPR when I am in the US
Any person in the forum had used a method to trigger the LVO guys in persuading for PPR , please share and most welcome

I received my MR on 05 Jan 16 and I did it just after the day. ECAS shown my “medical received” (9 Jan 16.) As I saw the form or my friends received medical request with PCC request or background update papers after few days got RPRF.
But I didn't get PCC & RPRF. I raised GCMS and got the report. The report generated date 18th Feb’16. The report is very regular only security portion is hidden.
Usually people get the MR with background check request papers but I didn’t get with my MR even though after completed MR & passed 90 days. Anyone who is similar like me please share your experience.
I am totally confused would you please suggest me.

Dont worry your PCC and RPRF payment will come with your PPR. Passport request can take between 1 to 6months after medicals depending on your visa office workload

When does medical expire exactly ? I got my first MR on 28th Aug 2015. My wife was pregnant during that time.
So I completed all of my medical tests, my wife completed her , except the chest xRay. After baby was born, wife's pending xRay and baby's medicals got over by Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 respectively. 21st Jan 2016, ECAS status was updated to Meds have been received.
So when is the MR expiring for my case ?
Is it in 28th Aug 2016 or is it 21st Jan 2017 ?
Can anyone please clearly suggest ?
