I got my medical done in Aug 2012 but did not receive any communication yet on my case. Ecas is also not updated with any comment after 28th Feb 2012.
I work in Pakistan in a bank but deputed in UAE for a project, and now I have two options either to accept Bank offer to get my headcount transfer to UAE or voluntarily resign from my job in PAKISTAN and take a good amount for my services which will be my establishment cost when I move to Canada.
But I am confused since I do not receive any communication on my case after the Medical and it has been 7 months now.
u can move to uae, when u wull getvisa then resign from uae job, otherwise continue in uae. resinging the job is not difficult in uae or u can take one leave to go to canada and then freely resign when the time comes. nekeol
Thanks for ur reply but the problem is I am already in UAE but on contract and my head count is still in Pakistan so they will either transfer it to UAE or i will resign.....if i resign voluntarily....Bank ll give me a good amount!!......its a big amount thts why i m confused but anyways......thanks for your prompt response!!

As i Saw in other threads working of VO after Medical Received
1)those who gets "MR & add doc request" immediately after their status changes to "in process"(irrespective of MI),the VO takes 7-9 months to stamp the visa after receiving the said documents..in few cases it extend to "re medical " stage also.
2)those who gets "MR & add doc request" after 7-14 months of "in process" status,The VO stamp the visa in 1-3 months maximum.
3)those who have foreign travel history or any other complication in file/application,for them also either MR get delayed or the visa stamping gets delayed.

Sent Medicals, Original Passports and RPRF on 26th december 2012. DD emcashed on 21 January 2013. They asked for Police Clearance certificate on 15 Feb and sent the same on 26 Feb 2013. But status still shows as "In Process". When will be changed to "Received Medical Reports" and " Decesion Made"??

Your Staus will change to Decision Made once you get "Magic Sticker" on your Passport....Just wait normally VO worked on Batch when your batch start you will get your visa....
