i filed my case with help of consultant but he is not responding any more at this point like to request for CAIPS or GCMS. can i do this step without ask him. it create any problem to my case. what is the best way to do any kind of further inquiry.

As long as you are able to see the update "Medical results have been received" in your e-case, it means that a decision has been made on the application which is the approval decsison. They never update the receipt of the medicals on the e-case unless your application is approved.

thx hope...you were right....I got my pp request yesterday 11.03.2013, after around 5 mths and now m submitting the docs as soon as possible and i will let you guys know about the further details...

Hello Guys. I have sent my medical exams on 3 January 2013, until now no third line on my E-Case. I am a Quebec Selected and applied for Permanent Residence at Rome Embassy. it looks long journey until now 16 Months from first applied to Rome Embassy. Total application almost 3 years.

Any idea, or same experience with Rome Embassy?

same like me...i got MR line on 22-2-13, your Security Checks are completed my friend...don't worry....file is stuck in file ques or Backlog of old cases or Visa Quota etc....you are approved ...just wait....for two months at least......i hope we will get ppr soon.

in your research over the forum, did you come across a case in which an applicant was rejected after he or she received the "Medical results received" message on ecas?

Dear Newborn,

Don't give heart attack to those who received thiis 3rd line on ECAS......as per my observation only one case i saw on http://www.trackitt.com in which a person after Receiving 3rd line on ECAS and payment of RPRF.....called for interview and did not convaynce the VO....and rejected....but this is rare case...otherwise there are two scenario in which case is rejected......one is problem in medical and security check...............but in my point of view and as per Qorax......at this stage Medical is approved and security checks are completed.......therefore i don't think so...that any room exist for rejection.......Please don't put these type questions on forum.....because.......hope for the best.......
