'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Greetings All,
I received medical request along with RPRF and PCC request from the country i have recently moved to ( 6 months ago) on 12/02/2016, medicals done 16/02/2016, ECAS updated ( medical results received) 21/02/2016. Correct me if i am wrong, they are still doing the background / security check as they asked for a PCC.

pcc are for criminal checks while security BGC is in addition to this pcc

Normally it's within 2months but as ur 2months period is near to complete so raise cse and ask status from lvo

When i check the processing time and it says for example 38 months.
But meanwhile i got my application processed in around 7 months and i have been asked to submit medical and PCC and PR payment which i all did in November already, does it mean i have to wait until the end of the 38 months for the passport request? Or im just lucky that my app was processed in less than the actual processing time?
