Hi Everyone..
E-cas status still shows as "in process". Details as under:

1. My application received by Londan Office for Permanent residence on December 24, 2014.
2. Visa Office started processing application on March 27, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received. (Date not mentioned)

Anyone tell me whats that mean? or what going to be Next?

Medical results have been received generally mean that they've gotten to the point where they've attached the medical file to the rest of the file. We saw that line added a while back, we're still waiting on assessment of pretty much everything else.

Appx. how much time it takes to go the next step? Any time frame?

That would depend on where your application is being processed. Do you know where that is?

London

I'm part of the Ottawa VO so I don't know the specifics for the London one. Someone from that VO should be able to give you a general idea how fast they're seeing others go through.

If you go to the London outland group you will find a spreadsheet under the signature of Andrew-Brit . This will give you an idea of how long things are taking.
