Medical Request from CIC for Visa Extension!!

Hi all!

I have submitted my application for the visitor visa extension in October 2014. Today, I received an email from CIC Vegreville requiring my Medical. But i have already done my medical before submitting for Inland Spousal Sponsorship which is still valid.

Is it normal for CIC to ask for medical for Visitor Visa Extension? What should I do now? Do another medical or submit my proof that I have already done it and it is still valid.

Send the copy of the medical you've done for your PR, as long as it's still valid.

Thank You! I have just talked to CIC and they told me that they never received any medical

The CIC Call Centre representative told me that she has send a note to the concerned department to look for my medical result. She also asked me to send my medical proofs to Vegreville. So, that's what I am going to do now.

I'm sure it will, just make an additional copy and keep it in your records (just in case). Good luck!
