Medical Request - Family Sponsorship Class - Parents - London Office

Hi Experts,

I applied for my parents' immigration under family class in 2016 with below milestones:

1. January 2016 - Application Submitted
2. Acceptance Recieved
3. Feb 2017 - London Visa Office Requested additional supporting documents including police report, medical exam etc
4. Mid March 2017 - All supporting documents including medical / police submitted, on air status portal reflects that medical reached to the Visa office.
5. Dec 2017 - Another medical request came from London visa office with 30 day window mentioned.

My query is that my last medical reports are valid until March 2018. Why the visa office in London is requesting a 2nd. set. Is it normal, is it in Error, how to contact London visa office or CIC in Canada, which way should I go.
