Medical request after upfront medical

Hi,
I did an upfront medical and uploaded the emedical sheet with my online application as a proof that I have done my medical. The application was submitted on 28th of August.
On the 26th of October, I saw that the Review of medical results has changed to 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam'
By the following day, 27th Oct., I received a medical request. I am confused. Any guide will be really appreciated.

Well, it was a kind of mixed feeling, after sending 3-4 emails to them without a specific response. Did another medical exam, fortunately/unfortunately, the visa was approved a day after the second medicals using the previous test results.

To those who might be looking at this thread in the future, my concern of getting medical request again even after the upfront medical exam got resolved after 29 days from the date of request. Following is the timeline:

Upfront Medical Exam: May 14, 2018
Upfront Submitted to IRCC: May 16
Study Permit Application Submitted: May 21
Medical Exam Requested Again: June 27 (after 36 days of application)
Medical Status Updated: July 26 (after 29 days of the request)
Visa Approved: August 02

I sent two case specific inquiries and two emails, and all four times attached the e-medical sheet provided during the upfront medical exam.

First CSE to Delhi Visa Office: June 28
First Email to Delhi Visa Office: July 07
Second CSE to Delhi Visa Office: July 12
Second Email to Delhi Visa Office: July 25

I was told by the physician at the clinic that all is well as he inquired about my medical report. But only after 29 days it got updated. Worth waiting, but I was concerned. Be patient. In the end, it feels nice. Good luck!

Send the medical sheet that you uploaded, the 1017e form received and passport scan via webform mentioning u did your medical but still got the request.

This is my timeline,

Upfront medical exam 14 June
Submit the Application online 18 June
Biometric 21 June
Request Medical Exam 12 July
No update from 12 July,

I did an upfront medical on June 14. I submit my application on June 18. And July 12 they asked me to do a medical exam. I asked the clinic to send them an email and explain for them. and also I have submitted web form and explained the matter for them but I haven't received any update from them so far even passing medical Exam?? It has been more than 5 weeks and I was supposed to get the study permit in 5 weeks. I think it is a big mistake to do UPFRONT but there is no way guys, we must be patient.

While filling the questionnaire before the online application, did you answer that you did the medical test within 12 months?

No, i applied via OINP - Master graduate (Ontario Immigration Nominee Program). It was paper based. In addition, i did not said yes to that question.

I did another medical after waiting for some days with no response to my messages. But unfortunately, that was a waste of money as I received approval to the application within a few hours of the doing the new medical. So, I believe they used the previous medical results to make their decision.
