Upfront Medical after submitting My visa application Online

I went for an Upfront medical after submitting my visa application Online and i was giving the E medical application sheet. My question is when CIC finally notify me for Medicals can i upload the E medical sheet i got from the Upfront medical or i have to take another medical exam again. pls looking for a swift reply cos am confused

You were supposed to hand in the E medical sheet for your upfront medical when you submitted the application... They will only ask you to submit the medical certificate (eMedical) later on if you do a "regular" medical exam. In that case, you'd have to fill up a medical exam request form stating that you wish to do a medial exam, and the visa officer processing your application will send you instructions on how to do a medical exam. In your case, however, you already did the upfront medical, and as such you should have submitted that at the very beginning. The visa officer will most likely contact you to have you send the eMedical certificate. Keep in mind that this may result in a delay since it was not uploaded earlier.

thanx @knoxis i was thinking if i should contact CIC and inform them to tag my UMI with my application so as to avoid delay. would also attach the E medical sheet in the mail
