when i can expect my medical request. I received my Provisional Acceptance (PA) in the month of May 2010 from Islamabad. My ecase status does not show my case has been transfered to London, so i suppose my case is still at islamabad office. My PA mentioned "medical will be sent with in due course".

Due course mean any thing up to 6 months and may be more since Islamabad CHC is at its slowest processing track now a days

I think you should case status inquiry to CHC ISL asking to inform about the progress of your case.
