I am new here and I need any idea about if my father lung cancer makes my parents application to reject PR application and If they will receive medical inadmission because of lung cancer which we just found in medical examinations?

If he currently has lung cancer, there's a high chance this will make him medically inadmissible to Canada and will result in a refusal of the application.

Unfortunately there is a high chance of refusal. On a positive note the lung cancer was detected while doing the TB screening. Your father is likely to need further testing so that Canada can estimate the cost of treatment based on the type and stage of cancer. Things like biopsies, etc.
