Still too confusing. What stream is that? who is sponsoring whom? how can 5 people do a joint sponsorship application to get a whole family? that can not be a family sponsorship! Is it a nursing stream????

Something is very wrong. Your husband can't be added to the application, as he is not dependent of your mother. Furthermore, to remain a dependent of your mother, you needed to remain unmarried. By marrying, you are legally no longer a dependent and should have been removed from the application.


Yes, it can. OP's mother is being sponsored, most likely through PGP if the app was submitted in 2010, with her dependent children included.

As i mentioned above, when i got married and informed embassy, they told me to ask our sponsor to add my husband to the sponsorship (saying we accept the responsibility of the new family memebr too) so we did it and now i have a seperate application and file #, when i check online service, it shows that it exist, so now my husband and my son is my dependent

Why have you been posting in the FAMILY CLASS Sponsorship section of the forum?

You could have avoided all of the confusion if you had stated at any point that this is a refugee app and posted in the appropriate section of the forum. No one can help you if you aren't actually going to be honest about your situation.

Omg thats why sometime i dont get reply when i ask something, because im in the wrong section of the forum, i always thought its family class sponsorship, im sorry and thanks alot for link of the right forum.
