medical examination for visa Canada

Hi there,
Can anyone help me about my situation..
I am already on process applying for temporary worker in Canada as automotive light mechanics, I'm just waiting for my medical examination.
I had my lower back surgery last year due to lower back pain. And I had my scar on my back after the surgery for about 4 inch.
I was wondering if it will affect my application for temporary working visa in Canada.
My doctor already give me a certification "fit to work". I'm already feeling good and ready to work..

Mark, the visa office will ask you to have your medicals done at an accredited medical testing center in your country.
