Medical Examination after ITA

[Canada Aspirant 2016]

Hello All,

I received my ITA in the 88th draw of express entry. In my document checklist, I need to upload Proof of medical exam (required).

Can someone please guide me towards how this needs to be proceeded? What is the standard procedure?

1. Shall I get my Upfront medical examination done from the list of panel physicians provided on the CIC website?
OR
2. Shall I wait for CIC to get back to me to get the medical exam done.

Please provide inputs.
