So another similar question then...if I currently have a UCI from a reviously rejected CEC appliation and am currently in process of family sponsorship application and I'm going for the medical next week, do I provide the doctor with my previous UCI number? (Yes, I am including the UCI on the IMM 0008). I will obviously let them know it is an upfront medical. Do I need to tell them where to send the medical (the office through which I am applying)?
