Medical Exam Submission

Hello All,

I have a few questions.

Situation first.

I received my Medicals on 2nd April 2015. Medical was done on 9th April 2015. Doctor said that i can see it on cic website within two weeks. I called doctor on 23rd April (exactly after 2 weeks) and they said they're going to upload it this weekend as e-upload page was down for a week (?). I told them that my time is running out, but they told me not to worry as cic knows that initiation was done.
Doctor also told me that my results are good.

Now when i was coming home on 9th April after my Medical exam, i received an email by cic to pay RPRF. Which i did later that evening.

Questions

1) Is there really something called initiation? do doctor notify cic about an applicant at the time of medicals?
2) 30 day time period is 30 days flat or 30 business days?
3) Is there any case that doctor submitted medical late, even if exam was done well on time?

Not sure Initiation. Let Dr. take 6 month to upload result that will not matter , what matter is CIC want you to take action from your end in 30 days , which you did , now let dr . take his/her own time . CIC is not concern about that.
2) 30 day time period is 30 days flat or 30 business days?

3) Is there any case that doctor submitted medical late, even if exam was done well on time?
