I spent all day trying to find a medical form IMM 1017B to take for my medical exam to get work permit for Canada, somehow the panel physician office info is so outdated such that they do not have eMedical connection to CIC and wanted me to bring in the form for my up-front medical exam.
Now Why the Canadian gov. make it so difficult to find the form? and where can I find this form.

You won't find it, because it isn't on line and you don't need it. You go to a Panel Physician for and "up front" medical exam. They have the forms. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob471.asp
