Yes, I explained my situation to the doctor before the exam. She asked me to take additional blood tests and after getting the report she submitted them straight to IRCC. I think the final decision will be made by IRCC officials.
No they didn't look. My first diagnosis was 14years ago. That time i was in my home country Pakistan. I am living in South Korea for more than 7 years now. Therefore, it was not possible to get anything from my specialist. However, i consulted a gestro after getting results. He told me not to worry since reports were not too bad..
you should tell your panel physician about your condition. There will be some additional blood tests confirming your medical situation and would cost you some more. However, you don't need to worry about anything. You will pass unless you are severely ill. I passed it with no problem.

My medical exam was done and the Panel Physician called me and explained my HBV Positive. May SGPT is within normal range but my ALT is above normal range. I have advice by the panel physician to consult with a gastro. Right now my gastro doctor is requesting me to have HBV DNA, Creatinin, Liver ultrasound etc and it cost a lot. Im willing to undergo this lab for my canadian dream but where i will get the funds to support this laboratory. I hope everthing will be fine and soon my Canadian Visa will be mine.
Thank you for your help. My husband passed his medical even he is hepa b chronic carrier. The doctor you recommend was the best,because he ask my husband to do more lab test and after all the test the doctor gave him clearance that he still fit to work even on his condition.And ofcourse God is always on top of everything.. I hope everything will goes well on our application.we are waiting for passport request now. Again thank you !!!
