Medical done but still no medical received !!! please share your experience

Hello Everyone ,

I have a refugee application under private sponsorship program .
we have done the medical exams for me , my wife and my son and all submitted on mid of Apr also we have sent the police certificate since end of Apr.

But till today there is no update on ecas stating that the medical has been received .

i got the medical confirmation sheet from the medical center and contacted CIC and the local VO by email and by the online form many times with no response

i am checking my email and ecas everyday with no luck.

- is this normal to wait 2 months for Medical receive update

- is it possible to get Passport request without updating medical receive ??

Same case its been almost 2 months since Ive done medical on 28 April, already sent to CIC but til now no updates.. I guess sometimes it will updates after passport request or visa stamped..
