Hi there,
I completed my medical on June 27th and I'm wondering what the standard wait time is until my PR will be completed? I am doing the Express Entry application through a lawyer. I am currently on a bridging visa but this visa only allows me to work for my current job. I'm at the stage where I want to start applying for new roles but I'm unsure how long it will take. My PR was submitted in June of 2018. Has anyone been through this process recently and can advise?
Bridge permit is an open work permit. You can work for any employer.

My bridging visa says I can only work for my current employer. States it very clearly on the document
Then it's not a bridge permit. It's a closed work permit.
