Medical before submiting application or after

Please i want to know if i will go for medical before submitting my application for study permit or after. I got admission from a college in Quebec and my Quebec Acceptance Certificate(QAC) has been mailed to me but am still expecting it in Nigeria. Can i go for medical on my own or Canadian embassy in Lagos Nigeria will give me go ahead? Thanks

No need to go before they call you to do so. it will not benefit u

The embassy will ask for it if and when they want because they have specific hospitals that they use so be patient am sure they'll ask u to go for a medical when its time

I am just about to sent my application quebec acceptance letter
How long did your CAQ take?
I am getting pretty worried that time is short for me to accomplish all the application and get a student's visa before this Fall when my admission is due.

Any other person who can advise me on what best to do to fasten the CAQ and the visa application process and get it all done before September
