Do I need to submit original for funds proof and passport?
Congrats for getting your medicals.
Please do the following for your proof of funds:
1. Bank statement:
For any nationalized banks like SBI, Central Bank, etc get statement for 6 months(copy of your passbook or printout via online statment). On this photocopied papers get stamp and signature of the manager or clerk. Notarized statment will not work.
For other banks ask for an orignal statment.
2. For Fixed Deposit in bank: Do the same as above.
3. For NSC: Ask the Post office if they will stamp/sign the photocopies. If they don't than notarizing them is the only option.
I made a mistake while applying for PR. My wife didn't declare that she had TB 2 years back but during medicals she would like to disclose this to dmp. Does this effect her application that earlier she didn't disclosed but now that is being reflected in medicals?

I was going around the forms that I have filled while applying and there was no information that a person has to declare that she/he had TB in the past. So my wife skipped that part.
In addition to this, does every canadian has to undergo medical checkup which includes x-ray, blood test every year? I mean by all canadians who are currently in Canada have to undergo these medical tests.
Thanks Nano but the only thing that is bothering me is that my wife hasn't disclosed initially while applying for PR. Is it now the cause of rejection?
Don't think so.
There is nowhere written to describe it in forms, etc.
It will be better if you PM some senior.
