Hi, I reapplied online for study permit in Nigeria on March 14th.. earlier one got refused.... I am for May intake and yet ..there has been no reply from CIC... ..

I am also from Nigeria and I got refuse for my first application. I just applied for the second time on April 11 for September intake.. You know how the processing time is very slow in Nigeria why will you applied 2months ahead is too close compare to Nigeria processing time stated on IRCC website..
