What makes you sure that you're definitely not in SS despite the fact that you've been waiting for a decision for quite a while?

Hi mate, I'm still not 100% certain but the fact that CSIS never received the screening request for my file also making me question this elaborate wait. There's no way for me to find out any details apart from waiting and staying frustrated.

I’m still waiting. I was asked to send my CV two months ago and people say that I need to wait another 10 months

I am expecting nothing from them now...have many other things to do in life. Last year we put everything on hold because of this but no more now. They have not asked a single thing from me since last year October... and everytime i email them its the same answer that background check is in progress. To hell with this all...i am on my track. Will see when it comes ...

Same story..almost 1 year and no progress in my case.

Its good...atleast some of are getting it day by day... i guess your VO is ND. Rest of us are stuck with London office

Yeah it's NDVO. My file wasn't moving either until I contacted a local MP to enquire after which I got a remed request.

No dear, my son medical is still under review and they are reviewing it for admissibility
Anyway soon they are going to change this policy I guess in coming April, that could help us get through this hurdle.

ANd Yes I did receive my GCMS notes which says nothing except my son Medical is in progress

Can you please share with us about your situation now ? I am also in similar situation like yours. Here is my timeline.

I am PNP-Outland applicant from USA.
AOR - 24 Aug 2017

[CIC Status]
Medicals - Under Review ever since (No additional documents requested).
BG - In progress.

[GCMS]
Criminality - Passed.
Eligibility - Passed.
Medicals - In progress [only for my son. Others are passed]
