They reply only to the emails that are sent from the registered email address of the applicant.. so if you have applied through a solicitor (like quite a few of us) this will need to go thru them.. if you can then call them and see if you get an agent

Then got open work permit based on file number

Maybe there are investigating properly if they can allow you the 50 points or not.

Since you claimed 50 points for LMIA, did you also have mentioned your employer name on open work permit ?

I am also in the same situation, claimed 50 points for LMIA and applied for open work permit on 10th Oct but I did not mentioned my employer name anywhere and I also chose the option "Initial work permit or work permit for new employer"

I am now scared that my BOWP application might get rejected, Please suggest
