Its too early to expect any update.
It depends on your stream as well as ur country of residence
FSW outland is normally taking 2 months just for medical pass..

isnt it too long ? If only medical pass is taking 2months how do they process within 6month?
 
Not really sure..
Earlier ITA used to be very less in number..
Nowadays its 5 times more..
So process is quite slow specially for outland.. whereas Applicants who are inside canada specially CEC applications recieve medical update within 25 days..
I hope we all get through this process quickly.. coz waiting sucks
