Is there anyone in Singapore. I am going for medical tomorrow and in the hospital's pre-registration form for Canada visa application, there is no option of PR. They only have options for family sponsored, student, worker and visitor. They asked for the passport only not any invitation letter. I want to know if they don't ask for application number, how they will send the report to CIC?

worker category as far as i know is the one you need.

They will upload it upfront, no need for a number - many do it that way.

Others can confirm it.
