it;s not. people have taken it 2 days before end timeframe or in the last week and it got updated within a week. it just might be your office.

That doesn't have any impact at all, PNT office is a little slow in updating the test status. You should see it by next week maximum.

Finger print request received on 19th which I have given on 21st.
Waiting for Background check and Prohibition only now.

Your BG and eventually Prohibitions will clear once they receive the Fingerprints report from RCMP. Did you receive the FP request from Vancouver office? If so, it takes 4-5 weeks on an average from the time you gave the prints.

Thanks for sharing. Did they infact look at all docs you had submitted for application as requested for the interview? Or just questions and passport check?

No not all the documents but it all depends on case to case
