The GCKey is the main account to use alaways. However, to track the progress of your application and get more details about the process you have to create another account called tracker to see such details. In summary:
Until Medicals and Bio => GCKey will show you the progress.
After Medicals and Bio => Tracker will show you the detail, GCKey will not.

Last week my Medical Expiry date changed to June 12, June 13 and now it is June 15. My medicals and biometrics got updated pretty quick, I submitted my application in the morning of May 29 and on that day, at night, it was already showing complete and the biometrics was linked in my GCKey. Two days later the Medicals in my GCKey was changed to "You do not need...", but then I was able to log in the tracker on that same day and Medicals and Biometrics are showing as "Complete" since then.

I submitted an old medical exam, which was marked as "complete" on the tracker on May 31, with IME results expiry date in August 2020. Today, I received an update on the tracker with my IME results expiry date extended to June 15, 2024!

What does this mean?

FYI:
I am an EE PNP inland applicant
AOR: April 30
UCI/BIO/Med: May 31
Eligibility: completed on the tracker on June 14
Background check: In progress

Use your details exactly as it is on the passport. Common mistakes are:
1. Not entering your name the same (with the same space) as your passport.
2. In place of birth not using city, state.
