I did I sent out a webform inquiring about my application early August and yesterday I got a notification on PR tracker and this morning an email lol. I just ignored cause my application is in progress and by then when I sent the webform I had not received any communication.

Lol, same!! i sent a webform mid august. Let's see if they will send me any email tomorrow and what its content will be

Call IRCC after some days, it will be transferred to visa office soon and then you can ask ircc which office it is. Mostly if not mentioned it is ottawa.
