it takes time to start eligibility once IRCC feels the case is a bit complex from the principal applicant's side. My medical is updated to completed on Aug 26, and there is no update since then.. although in my case SA is not even approved bcoz my sponsor hasn't gotten any email regarding SA, Eligibility and Background check is not yet started on the principal applicant's portal. I and my sponsor both are divorced and that consider a complex case for IRCC to process thus it's getting delayed, I guess.

but I'm hopeful your eligibility and BC will be started soon. Good Luck!

I'm just waiting as well ... I submitted my file online for the spouse sponsorship family class on June 9, and received AOR+BIL+MR on Aug 4.
VO is CPC Mississauga

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for CPC Mississauga to process the case?
I would appreciate it if anyone would like to shed some light on this.

Got the same VO and applied June 5, got my medical completed just this Sept 9 and nothing since

For my wife,

I called IRCC for an update to the file.
They were able to provide me the Application No. for the file but there is no AOR received yet. On PR tracker , the file sits at Received.

Application Received date: May 27, 2022 (Online)
No update after that

Received acknowledgement email from IRCC for sponsorship

CPC missisauga is the office as mentioned in the email.

So we are in the same boat since our VO is the same as well as the month of submission of the case. Let's see how soon they start processing further things that are required after medical.

did u apply for a family class or what?
I feel as if all family class sponsorship cases are submitted to CPC Mississauga

It was completed Sep 8 accdg to the tracker but that update was made sept 9

It's not an issue if takes a day or two to update. you're lucky bcoz they took 3 days to update mine on the portal due to the weekend
Are you done with Biometrics too? Also, tell me whether ur sponsor approval has been made yet or not.

it's PR portal for PR Spouse Applicants. but ur medical result will be updated on GC key as well stating as PASSED OR RECEIVED.
Most of the time IRCC also send an email regarding your medical result.

I like it when ppl exempt from biometrics, it makes the case much easier for an agent to process and it won't take much longer than usual once you're exempt from BM.

I am sure you'll get SA pretty soon.
