Hello, I have a question here.
I submitted my documents for my wife via courier on May 17th (inland) and have not received AOR.
Is there anyone who has not received AOR yet after more than 3 months?

Eligibility in progress as of Today. File updated in pr tracker today on Sept 1.

What is you visa office? As i see i also applied on May 7, got everything almost identical dates as you but waiting for medical to be updated.

What all changes you made when you resubmitted your application especially in the forms? Were you able to upload everything under the same application in the portal. I am able to resubmit the missed document and submit the application. What ever I reuploaded shows as "ready to submit" in portal and other document status shows as " completed"

Yes we re-submited the same application on the PR portal. We only uploaded the in-complete Family information form. Left all other documents as-is because they had status as 'completed'. But we also re-uploaded the re-presentative forms and couple of other forms where signature dates were older than 90 days.

UPDATE:

• Received Medical Request today morning
• Received Sponsorship approval yesterday evening
• Still no AOR or Biometrics

there isnt an office mentioned on SA letter and I think its Ottawa acc to other posts I read.

thats strange.. my SA letter has Case Processing Centre Sydney at the end of the letter and in the page footer note

Mine says the same but the files get forwarded to other offices after the preliminary processing at sydney. The SA letter mentions where it is being forwarded. If there is no name, they say its Ottawa. This is all that i have read on the forum.

UPDATE: Just received Biometrics request & AOR

Submitted : 13 March 2022
Application Returned : 14 May 2022
Re-Submitted : 25 May 2022
Sponsorship Approval : 31 August 2022
Medical Exam Request: 1 September 2022
Biometrics Request: 1 September 2022
AOR: 1 September 2022

Ohh!! I never knew about this, i was thinking my visa office is Sydney till now. Need to ask IRCC may be which visa office it is then.

I (Sponsor) created a PR tracker account using my own UCI(mine just says Application Received) but am having hard time creating one for my wife. I do have her UCI and Application number(from BIL and Medical request) but still unable to make one. Entered exact detail but gives me same error every time "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet"

Is it because we haven't received AOR yet. Anyone with same issue?

I have seen people getting BIL/SA/Meds on the same day as AOR or in a couple of days. I(sponsor) got AOR on 29 August but no updates on other things. Hopefully, there's no issue with the application.

Guess this is also case by case.. got SA and BIL.. Medical not yet requested; it’s more than 15 days after
