What all information did you provide about your application? Also did you provide them any reason for an early oath date?

Just asked them when am I scheduled for oath. No reason for early (I don't think 13 months I early anyways lol). I provided them with my name, application number and UCI.

Update!

Got my oath date! Scheduled for March 17th. No update in tracker. But I emailed SCR office at
IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and asked about my tentative oath date. Got a reply the same day that I've been scheduled for oath and will get an official invite a week before. Finally! All the best to all

Congrats! How you got this email address? Do you know the email address of the west citizenship office?

I got it from someone in another thread. No sorry I don't know any other. Check other threads and ask around for citizenship ceremonies email. Test email is different.

Thank you for sharing this btw - I got in touch with them last night at 9pm and they got back to with my oath date 3 minutes later; now my LPP got completed lol

That's great! What exactly did you tell them?
My wife's application is waiting on LPP since more than 6 months, I think I'll copy paste what you wrote and hope it'll work for her too! lol
