App filed on May 10. Fingerprints required on Nov 29 (and submitted yesterday). Test invite received today from Vancouver to take it between Dec 5 and 26. All my app details still show "in progress."
Does anyone know what the current gap is between the test and the ceremony? I have a short trip scheduled for mid-February, so I may want to take the test as late as possible. Cheers!
It's not even 6 months from when you submitted your application, before the pandemic the average processing time was 12 months. You should be in line for the oath really soon if all other sections have been completed.

Is your application online or paper?why is your delivered/sent date different if it's online. By the way, if your test is complete and bg is complete, next step is oath (after which you will get the certificate, usually in 2-3 weeks, and then apply for passport, which can take anywhere from 2 days for urgent passport to 3 months for regular passport)
You could always call IRCC to check the office. That’s how I came to know about mine. After BG is completed, they usually transfer your file somewhere else. Also, people who have received test invitations, would say what office it is released from.

I am a paper applicant, submitted my application in May, only received AOR a month later, then background check completed in June, then radio silence ever since . I am not from Vancouver though !
