Can someone please answer my query. I am unable to see my application on the ECAS portal. I see it as IP only after I sign to the citizenship application tracking system. Are others experiencing the same?

I received my AOR but when I am trying to create an account it says UCI or file number are not correct. Has anyone faced the same problem?

You will need to wait for 24 hours before creating an account after receiving AOR.

It's normal. Generally, you have to wait for 24-48h from AOR to be able to log in.
Personally, I was able to do it within 12h (overnight).

ECAS is only accessible to paper applicants (going by reports on this forum).

Weird. Do you have multiple entries for Physical Presence Calculation? If yes, did your spouse have the same number of entries?
