NO AOR YET! It's been 6 months. U checked my online application and it still says submitted and clearly says it is not an AOR. There are no actions for me to take either. Is anyone facing a similar situation or is there something I can do?
I don't see a phone number that I can call. When i click on contact us - the only category they let you contact them for is you are urgent situations like Afghanistan or Ukraine.
I noticed something unusual in the portal today. Although I received the AOR letter on 11 May as a PDF email, the portal has changed since the last time I checked(a couple of weeks back) and now my application is in submission with the next step showing as "we will send you the AOR". Anyone with similar experience?

At this time because of COVID-19 IRCC is conducting virtual/online Tests instead of a mandatory in-person Test & Interview on the same day. The virtual interview for everyone has temporarily suspended. However, a select few are still selected for a virtual interview or more recently in-person interviews (e.g. in Scarborough) to comply with "Programme Integrity" requirements.
