My younger brother will be applying for his visa processing tomorrow under the SDS program for May intake.

Wondering if its too late now? and what is the success rate under this program?

if program is online, then it is worth a try. I am going to apply in 1st week of april.
you can start classes online. and wait for visa. Many jan intake students did the same.

May of the applications are moving fast. Infact, few are getting with in weeks after bio metrics. There is still a chance and if not, you may continue study online and then leave when you get visa. If you consider this option, check if your colleget has good refund policy. Check my timeline.

I am here to annouce that my I got PPR today and its only week after biometrics are being given and updated. My advice would be for all applicants, do not make mistakes in your application. Do not and Please do not hear the "VISA CONSULTANTS" and their ridiculous documentation procedures. You can self apply and the process is self explanatory. Please avoid any additional documents that may confuse the visa officer.
If you are going for a year course and paid tution fee and GIC, there is no need to show any financial proof since everything is paid OFF. No need to include any statements or CA certs. Also, why do we need to notarize letters since it does not hold any value outside india??
These Visa consultants have since complicated the process.
PS: I have 6 years gap(employed) changed background(from ed to work) but work ex matches with course.

Could you explain please, how adding additional documents would confuse visa officer? VO could skip any document they want to, and see the ones they need to see. How come additional documents would cause any delays in processing? just trying to understand, thanks
