At this point there’s nothing you can do, just be patient and also wait for your atip. Talking to your MP can only get you the status of your application and nothing more. Hopefully you’ll receive Test invitation soon.

My citizenship test was marked as completed today. I had taken the test on December 27th.

Every other step is in progress or not started.

I am curious, my test was sent by the Niagara Falls IRCC office. Do they send my application to the Vancouver Office now for further processing? (in case any of you have an idea as to how this works).

Either way, I assume it is going to be a period of quiet before I should expect any further updates.

Background check completed - Dec 9
Citizenship test date - Dec 24 to Jan 13
Attempted Citizenship test - Dec 24

Everything else except oath is in progress.

My background check shows completed on Dec 29th. I haven't checked the status tracker for the last week and I was surprised to see BG completed. Rest all shows in progress with citizenship test and ceremony not started. Is the next step to get the test invite?

Yes, since BG is completed you won’t be requested to submit your fingerprints. Wait for your test invitation and keep an eye on the tracker, I would say check it at least once a week.

Not sure how IRCC is selecting office for processing our applications. I’m based in Alberta, yet received the test and fingerprints request from Montreal.

Wondering if there is any may online applicant still awaiting updates. Mine is May 16 online applicant, Aug 31 - AOR still showing in progress for background checks and all. No ghost updates, nothing yet. I see that a lot of people have had their tests done.

Our situations are similiar. My application was recieved on the 23rd. of May, 2021 and I received my AOR on the 3rd. of September. I haven't received any updates and everything in my tracker shows as "in progress" except for the citizenship test and ceremony.
