I completed my test on November 19th and today I see status that 'submit your fingerprints'. Generally how long it takes to receive the actual email after seeing this status update?

Yup online application, AOR on August 30th.

My background check is still 'In Progress', so I am assuming it will be used to complete that activity.

Hi, my test window is between Dec 10th to 30th, so I wonder:
1. when will I receive test instructions?
2. how and where to assess the link to do online test
3. can I take test anytime during the test window? or it has to be working hours?

You will receive email 2-3 days before the test, and it will have a link to access the test site. And yes, you can give test anytime.

Test Completed: December 2, 2021
