Could you share the phone number please - I submitted an address change request a couple of weeks ago.

+1 888-242-2100. I pressed the option for emergency. May not be the best way to get to them but I needed to get this updated and it worked

Hello All,
I have couple of questions:
Q1: I applied "Paper Application", on May 17th, I mentioned my email in the Appl. and I received email communication from ecas followup link.
Do I consider myself, Online or Paper Application ? Some Appl. documents must be sent as original, what do they mean by "Online Application" ?
Q2: I am over 54 year, so I am not supposed to pass any of the 2 tests (Language Skills nor Citizenship). May be a face-to-face meeting if they need it.
My next step is to wait for the ecas "Decision Made" column "K" in the excel sheet tracking ? Right ?

When I was about to submit my test, I noticed that my entire face was not visible in the webcam. I don't know for how long my entire face was not visible. By any chance, did this happen to anyone and you were asked to do the test again?
